While on our trip to visit our son and daughter-in-law in Utah, we spent a day at the Grand Canyon. I was not prepared for how immense the Grand Canyon is! It is not only very wide across, it cuts the desert for many miles. Every single look out was a very different view of the canyon. We walked only about a mile of the south rim, and were overwhelmed each step of the way! It is so deep, people look smaller that a gnat. A lake looks like a drop.
If you are ever given the chance to go, do not miss it! It truly is one of the great wonders of the world!
