This was the second time I used the DaVinci Eye to help me draw. This was also a sample picture helping me decide to use the DaVinci Eye app on my phone. (If you don’t know about the DaVinci Eye, please see my post of the Rufous Crowned Fly Catcher.
I love the mountains and want to paint them more as I gain practice with landscapes. This cottage looked interesting and I loved the setting! It doesn’t look like a place I could get to easily, but I really enjoy imagining the fresh mountain air and the lovely changing of the seasons there.
The quietness and calm would be such a wonderful place to enjoy being in the presence of God! Isaiah talks bout this in Isaiah 32: 17-18-“The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence for ever. My people will live in peaceful swelling-places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.”
