I was intrigued with how each fold is important to the overall appearance of the flower. A tiny touch of a dark shade in the right place caused the petal folds make sense.
Think about the importance of some small moments of your life and the outcome. I’d like to share one such moment in my life. One weekend I was alone while Mike went to speak at a camp. I had an appointment in the morning, but the rest of the day I was alone. It was that time God chose to confront me with the fears that were keeping me from agreeing to move back to Malaysia in 2005. One by one He helped me to admit a fear and then He gently showed me I was not seeing it right. All He was asking from me was to trust Him. It was a crisp, clear line. When Mike came back that night, we talked. The next day we began to plan and make decisions that made it possible for us to spent the next 16 years living in Malaysia. It was intense, like a thin line that made the painting of our lives so rich!
